Tap the + button in the center of the tab bar, then select "Create Mix". You can browse affirmations by category, search for specific topics, and add them to your mix. Set your preferred interval between affirmations and give your mix a name. Free users can create up to 3 mixes.
Type your own affirmation text, and our AI will generate professional-quality audio in seconds. This creates truly personalized affirmations tailored to your specific goals and needs. Free users get 3 AI generations per month; Premium users get unlimited generations.
Yes! Tap the + button and select "Record Affirmation". Research shows that hearing affirmations in your own voice can be more powerful for subconscious reprogramming. Your recordings are stored locally on your device for privacy.
Start playing a mix and set a timer for how long you want it to play. You can choose duration mode (10, 30, or 60 minutes), set a stop time, or loop continuously. The affirmations will play at gentle intervals as you fall asleep, allowing your subconscious to absorb the positive messages.
Premium unlocks unlimited mix creation, unlimited AI affirmation generation, access to all 15+ categories, background music options, and priority support. You can subscribe monthly or yearly, and cancel anytime.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sova → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Yes, your privacy is our priority. Audio recordings are stored locally on your device. We never sell your data. HealthKit data (Mindful Minutes) is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Profile → Settings → scroll down and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. Note: You should cancel any active subscription first to avoid being charged after deletion.
